Effective October 4, 2015, unless otherwise noted, allowances and/or post differential rates are revised as shown. These changes are issued under TL:SR-874.

The Post (Hardship) Differential change for Venezuela is based on a Post (Hardship) Differential Questionnaire submitted by Caracas.
The Living Quarters Allowance (LQA) changes are based on currency exchange rate information reported to the Office of Allowances as of the first Thursday of Pay Period 19 (September 24, 2015).
The Post Allowance (COLA) changes for Azerbaijan, Cote d’Ivoire, Mauritania and Russia are based on surveys submitted by Baku, Abidjan, Nouakchott and Saint Petersburg. All other cola changes are based on currency exchange rate information reported to the Office of Allowances as of the first Thursday of Pay Period 19 (September 24, 2015).
The Education “At-Post” Allowance rate changes are based on updated information provided by post for the 2015/2016 school year.
Location Name Change: Gaziantep City, Turkey has been changed to Gaziantep, Turkey to include all cities within the Gaziantep Province.
CORRECTION: Allowance rates for Other, South Sudan were inadvertently omitted from the Office of Allowances websites. Other, South Sudan allowance rates continues to be linked to Juba, South Sudan’s rates.
Effective October 4, 2015, with TL:SR-874, the Department of State Standardized Regulations (DSSR) are amended in Sections 030, 040, 270, and 650 to: add a definition of Domestic Employee Teleworking Overseas (DETO) in 040, and characterize DETOs’ eligibility for DSSR allowances and differential in 030; to add language to 270 about minimum-age waivers and to permit reimbursement of computer rental; and to modify 652d in two respects, one of which is credit for terrorism in addition to political violence.
The reporting requirements for submission of the Retail Price Schedule surveys for Baku, Abidjan, St. George’s, Nouakchott, Saint Petersburg and Kigali are amended effective October 4, 2015, with TL:SR-874 as follows:
