Extraordinary Quarters Allowance
Extraordinary Quarters Allowance
(EQA): An employee and eligible
family members at a foreign posting may receive EQA when they are required to
partially or completely vacate their permanent quarters because of
renovations/repairs or unhealthy or dangerous conditions. The employee may
continue to receive post (cost-of-living) allowance and LQA when receiving
