2 | Effective 6/16/02, Federal civilian employees detailed 4 or more cumulative hours in one day may be granted the danger pay allowance under Chapter 650 of the Standardized Regulations (GC, FA). See list of locations authorized for danger pay. (see Footnote p) | 24 | The per diem rates listed for Iraq in the main body of the per diem supplement apply to travelers obtaining lodging on USG civilian compounds or residing with the U.S. military in Iraq. In accordance with FTR Appendix B, the M&IE must be reduced for all meals provided by the USG. The cost of meals is $9, which should be deducted from the total M&IE of $11. The maximum per diem rates that apply to travelers using local hotels and/or restaurants are: Baghdad: Lodging $100, M&IE $54; Other, Iraq: Lodging $247, M&IE $82. | 53 | The maximum Per Diem rates listed for in the main body of the per diem supplement apply to travelers using local hotels and/or restaurants.
